2. New Updates on Policy for PrintHub sellers
ShopBase would like to keep PrintHub sellers informed of the Policy updates related to orders containing items violating the DMCA as below:
PrintHub shall not hold any responsibility for orders containing items violating the DMCA. PrintHub will not refund the order value (including base cost and shipping fee) in the following cases:
– The Buyer cannot receive orders because the package is held/stuck in customs due to copyright infringement;
– The Buyer files a claim for the order regarding product copyrights;
– The copyright owner files a claim of copyright infringement.

3. Variant images set-up feature for your product
As you may know, now on ShopBase, you can set up variant images so that customers can only see photos that correspond to the variant they choose in addition to allowing your customers to select a variant by clicking on a variant image.
