2. Announcement of Lunar New Year & Valentine’s Day 2022 Cut-off time on PrintBase/Print Hub

ShopBase/Printbase would like to provide you with our proposed order deadline as a cut-off schedule to guarantee your purchases have the best chance of reaching your customers by February 14th, 2022. Please see below table for further details: 

Encourage your customers to purchase items early during this season to ensure that they do not have to wait long for their orders (before the mentioned cut-off date).

Additionally,  ShopBase/PrintBase kindly announces the following Order Fulfillment period during the Lunar New Year holiday:

• Product (A) items that were placed after the specified Cut-off time will be handled as normal; however, the processing time will be extended by around 2 weeks. On February 7th, 2022, the fulfillment procedure will return to normal.
• The Lunar New Year holiday in 2022 will have no impact on Product (B) group.

Note: 

• Due to manufacturing time, order volume, and other objective reasons, the ShopBase/PrintBase team has the right to change the cut-off time with prior notification (COVID-19 pandemic).
• Some orders may not arrive before February 14th, 2022 due to unexpected reasons (either in manufacture or delivery). As usual, we’ll do all we can to ensure that your customers’ orders arrive as quickly as possible.
