Weekly update from ShopBase/PrintBase – May Week #1, 2021

Thank you for being a part of the ShopBase/PrintBase community. We would like to keep you updated on some changes from this week as follow: 

               1. Announcement of new Template for some products 

To ensure product quality enhancement, ShopBase/PrintBase has reviewed and decided to amend the Template for some products. Details are listed as below:

• Landscape Canvas and Portrait Canvas

Understanding that the big dimensions of Landscape Canvas and Portrait Canvas’s templates caused several difficulties for merchants to launch campaigns, ShopBase/PrintBase has adjusted the templates to a more appropriate size. The new templates are included below: 

–  New Landscape Canvas Template: Link

–  New Portrait Canvas Template: Link

• AOP T-shirt

ShopBase/PrintBase has decided to update the template of T-shirt’s back in order to help merchants create designs for this product effectively. Kindly check the new template below:

All new templates will be applied from 00:00 (UTC+7), May 11th, 2021. 

For all campaigns running before the above time, orders will be fulfilled with the initial Template and Mockup, hence no action required.

              2. Update on Restricted Ship-to Countries/Regions List

We would like to inform you that the below country has recently been added to the Restricted Ship-to Countries/Regions List: 

• Iceland
