1. Announcement of New Product Launch
Our newest Print-On-Demand Products are now available on the PrintBase/PrintHub Catalog. For your convenience, the details are provided below.

Shipping time (US): 7 – 15 business days

2. Announcement of Template & Mockup updates for some products
ShopBase/PrintBase has examined and decided to change the Templates and Mockups for the following products to improve our product quality:
- New Multi Piece Hoodie

Note:
- For all campaigns created after the above time, orders will be fulfilled with the initial Template, hence no action required.
- For all campaigns created after the above time, New Mockups will be displayed.
3. Announcement of Christmas Cut-off time for PrintBase/PrintHub products
ShopBase/Printbase would like to offer you our proposed order deadline as a cut-off schedule to guarantee your purchases have the best chance of reaching your customers by December 24th, 2021. For further information, please see the following link: Please visit this page.
Make sure your customers don’t have to wait too long for their orders by encouraging them to buy things early during this period (before the mentioned cut-off date).
Note:
- The cut-off time is subject to vary with prior notice from the ShopBase/PrintBase team due to manufacturing time, order volume, and objective reasons (COVID-19 pandemic).
- The given information is not a guarantee that your orders will arrive before December 24th, 2021. Unexpected order delays (either in manufacturing or in delivery) may result in orders arriving later than expected. As always, we will do all in our ability to guarantee that your customers’ orders arrive as soon as possible.
4. New Updates on Policy for PrintBase/PrintHub sellers
ShopBase/PrintBase would like to keep you informed of some recent information on Policy for PrintBase & PrintHub’s sellers
- For PrintBase Orders
In 1.1. Qualifying cases in which a Seller’s order profit is not deducted and PrintBase assumes responsibility
Orders that are not successfully delivered after 45 business days and no more than 60 days following the order’s placement date.
- For PrintHub Orders
In 2.3. Tracking number has been updated but the shipping time is longer than the commitment
After 45 business days and no more than 60 days following the order’s placement date, if the Buyer’s address is correct but the order cannot be delivered to this address, the Seller can choose either of the following options:
– Receive a full refund of the order value.
– Resend a new order for the Buyer.

5. Notice of YZY Shoes Discontinuation
Recently, ShopBase/PrintBase has received some feedback on the quality of YZY Shoes from customers. To ensure the customer’s experience and pleasure, ShopBase regrets that the YZY Shoes will be temporarily disabled beginning November 18, 2021 in order to enhance product quality.
We regret any inconvenience and appreciate your patience on this matter. Please be assured that we will make every effort to provide the highest quality products and services to fulfill your needs as quickly as possible.
